Our founder’s journey in the equipment industry began in sales. Over more than 15 years, he gained first-hand experience in understanding customer needs, developing markets, and identifying products suited to different business requirements.
His individual sales performance reached RMB 50 million, reflecting years of practical commercial experience.

Market divisions can restrict where people focus their efforts, while a company’s size alone does not guarantee that every customer receives the attention and understanding they need.

Working within established companies also gave him a close view of the industry. He saw the value of strong products and resources, but also recognized that even successful organizations have their limitations.
